Description

Sapling SRM-Series RS485 Analog Wall Clocks

The Sapling SRM Series clock utilizes the RS485 protocol for communication. The clock features automatic frequency detection for the time base. Its self–diagnostic capabilities relay information regarding the receipt of communication signals as well as a comprehensive analysis of the clock. The SRM-Series is capable of remote diagnosis from the master clock, and has a maximum correction time of five (5) minutes.

The clock is designed to be used in a RS485 system with a Sapling SBD 2000 Series Master Clock or Sapling 2000 or 3000 Series Master Clock system. It can also utilize the SSM Master Clock which will regulate it via Sapling RS485 communication protocol.

The SRM-series movement is microprocessor based for reliability. Upon receipt of the RS485 signal, the clock will immediately self–correct.

The clock features a low–profile, semi–flush smooth surface metal case and a crystal constructed of shatterproof polycarbonate material with no visible molding marks. The clock mounts to a standard single gang box. The clock features black hour and minute hands, as well as a red second hand. The SRM-Series clock is fully UL, cUL and FCC compliant.
