24-Hour Alarm Monitoring
A burglar or fire alarm system only does half its job if the proper authorities don’t respond to the alarm. ITR Systems has partnered with EMERgency 24 to offer 24-hour, fully redundant, UL-Listed central monitoring for new and existing burglar and fire alarm systems.
When your alarm system detects an intrusion, fire, trouble, or supervisory condition, it transmits specific information about the alarm directly to the UL-Listed monitoring station. Within seconds, this information is available on computer displays that are monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by dedicated operators. These highly-trained professionals will notify the Police or Fire Department, as well as up to 4 other contacts (owner, building manager, etc.) about the status of your facility.
ITR Systems/EMERgency24 can monitor all makes and models of communication panels/dialers and accept all major reporting formats, including (but not limited to) SIA8, SIA2000, Contact ID, BFSK, Modem 2e, Modem 3a, DMP serial 1 and 3, ITI formats, Standard 4/2 and 3/1 (both slow and fast, both p.p.s. and DTMF).
