Fonality’s HUD is a powerful
application that connects your phone, your desktop, and your organization by
consolidating all communication into a single easy-to-use interface. Now you
can manage calls, presence/status, queues, and much more, all directly from
your desktop. When PBXtra is used with HUD, your entire company has
real-time call control. HUD tells you who is on the phone and to whom they
are talking. HUD lets you drag-and-drop new or existing calls to someone’s
extension, their voicemail, your own “on-hold area,” or the company-wide
“parking area.” HUD also has an easy-to-use group permissions system, so you
can decide what "rights" to give to an extension. This means the
CEO can steal the Janitor’s call, but not vice versa! Operator Panel (w/BLF) When PBXtra is used with HUD, your organization can
have a full-featured operator panel with enhanced busy-lamping (BLF). Fonality’s HUD
gives each employee an unlimited on-hold area and an unlimited parking area.
Use the mouse to drag-and-drop calls! Parking (Drag & Drop) PBXtra allows unlimited simultaneous parked calls, and
when used with HUD, call parking is taken to the next level. HUD gives
employees the ability to view calls that are currently parked, tag parked
calls with reminder notes, and drag calls between their extension, their
on-hold area, and the parking area. Instant Message (Chat) Employees can send instant messages on your own private
chat network. This feature is perfect for companies that have turned off
external chat to increase productivity.
All chat messages are encrypted by industry standard SSL 128 bit
encryption. Google Contacts Chat with your external Google contacts directly from
within HUD. Users are able to either add a single Google Talk contact, or
import their entire Google Talk contact list into HUD. Photo Caller-ID Once a user uploads their photo via the Web User Panel,
you will see their image whenever you interact with them in HUD (calling,
conference, voicemail). In addition, HUD now supports the Outlook 2007 photo
feature to show pictures for calls to/from external numbers. Visual Voicemail The visual voicemail component enables users to play,
delete, and flag their voicemails, in addition to calling the user back,
initiating a chat with the user, or adding the user to Outlook. HUD Voicemail
also supports Photo Caller-ID, allowing you to view their image while
listening to their voicemail. Call Transfer to Voicemail or Hold HUD allows you to easily transfer an incoming call
directly to your own voicemail when you’re busy with another call. You may also place calls on hold by
transferring them to your on-hold area when you need to take another call. Contact Cards Fonality’s HUD offers contact
cards to keep your contacts organized and easily accessible. Simply mouse- over a contact to show their
name, photo, and other contact details. Outlook Desktop Alerts Desktop alerts show the phone number (if available) or
names of people stored in your Outlook contacts for all incoming calls to
your extension. Answer, ignore, or send the call to voicemail directly from
the desktop alert. You can also choose to display this alert when making
outbound calls. |
