The Sapling SMA-1SM-0000-1 Repeater receives time data from any Sapling Master Clock via TCP/IP over a wired LAN and then transmits the signal to the Sapling Wireless secondary clocks. The repeater is an ideal choice for extending the wireless signal to Sapling wireless clocks when long distances are involved (or for multiple-building campuses).

The repeater operates on Sapling's 915–928 MHz frequency–hopping technology. Due to its high powered module, the unit can transmit up to 1000 meters in open space, making it perfect for installations where there are large distances between clocks.

The signal is transmitted and repeated once a minute and is compatible with both the SBL Series digital clocks and the SAL Series analog clocks. This versatility makes it simple to add analog and digital clocks on the same system.

The repeater has a slim, compact design for ease of mounting. The housing is a smooth surface metal enclosure with a black finish. The repeater is also FCC compliant, FCC part 15, section 15,247.
